By accessing or using VAULT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. VAULT is a personal data management application that allows users to securely store notes, passwords, and tasks.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

VAULT offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us at the email below for a full refund. Refunds after the 14-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is stored securely using Firebase/Firestore. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Vault passwords are hashed and encrypted. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

VAULT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
