14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind VAULT Pro. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
- Applies to both monthly and annual Pro plans
- Only the most recent charge is eligible for refund
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service are not eligible
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@vaultcase.netlify.app with the subject line "Refund Request"
Include the email address associated with your VAULT account and the date of purchase
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days and confirm via email
After the 14-Day Period
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or account credit at our discretion. Please contact us and explain your situation — we're here to help.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund).
